Bikini Body Plan
Welcome to your shiny new workout plan! This is a plan for the next 8 weeks to get your butt in gear and ready for any event where you want to feel sexy and/or bikini ready or simply be in the best shape you have ever been in.
Rest breaks should be between 60-90 seconds when you are below 10 reps and 30-60 seconds when you are above. Please try record your weights used so you can keep track of how you are getting stronger and know where to start from week to week! We would like you to warm up with 5-10 minutes of cardio on any machine of your choice or set warm up/mobility exercise before a session. This is to make sure your head is in the game and also to prevent any injuries. Let’s get the game face on!
